Welcome to Searchanise release notes! We've got an update for all customers: our team's improved the app's control panel to make the setup process more intuitive. Shopify store owners can now empower customers to pick products closest to them – with our new filter by location. And the last but not least update for Shopify merchants – use Auto Theme Detector when switching to new theme to automatically adjust our widgets to your new design.

Filter products by location
Now you can add product filters based on locations. If you have multiple inventory spots, you can enable customers to narrow down search results by choosing a particular location. This will allow shoppers to pick products closer to them, and track their orders easier.

You can add filters by location in your admin panel, just follow these setup steps.
Automatically adjust search widgets to your theme
If you switch to a new theme you can automatically adjust the look and feel of our search widgets to match the new design. Just run the Auto Theme Detector – the feature we've introduced in August Release Notes. Before the feature was available only for the new clients, but now all Shopify store owners can use it at any time.
Auto Theme Detector employs machine learning algorithms to analyze your store's theme and then suggests the matching design of the search widgets. You can preview the new design and either keep or dismiss it.

Display swatches in Quick View
We've added color swatches to products' Quick View cards. Now your customers will be able to see product options right away when they use Quick View.

Control panel's fresh look
We continue improving the Searchanise control panel by working on its ease of navigation. This time we've changed three tabs: Search Results Widget (SRW), Preferences, and Filters on Collections. Please note that Filters on collections tab changed only on the platforms where this feature is available, namely Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce.
The Templates in SRW are now more graphic: you can see how the colors change depending on the template you pick:

We've also made settings in the Preferences tab more intuitive and user-friendly:

Finally, we've introduced a lot of minor improvements to our Filters on Collections tab. The settings are now more visual and easier to find:

You can test yourself how much more intuitive the app settings have become, just go to the app control panel.
